1. Acceptance
By accessing AB Nexus Enterprise, you agree to these terms. This platform is for licensed insurance surveyors and authorized personnel only.
2. Authorized Use
You may use this platform only for legitimate insurance survey and claims management activities. Unauthorized access or misuse is prohibited and may result in legal action.
3. Data & Confidentiality
All claim data, documents, and client information processed through this platform is confidential. You must not share, export, or disclose any data without authorization from your organization.
4. IRDAI Compliance
Users must comply with all applicable IRDAI regulations, Insurance Act 1938, and relevant Indian laws when using this platform for survey and assessment activities.
5. Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials. Report any suspected unauthorized access immediately to your administrator.
6. Intellectual Property
AB Nexus Enterprise software, AI models, and interfaces are the intellectual property of AB Enterprise. No license is granted beyond authorized use of the platform.
7. Limitation of Liability
AB Enterprise is not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated outputs. All survey reports and assessments must be reviewed and verified by licensed surveyors.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Nagpur, Maharashtra.
🔒 Privacy Policy
Data We Collect
We collect your email, name, and usage data necessary to operate the platform. Claim data and documents are stored securely in Cloudflare infrastructure.
How We Use Your Data
Your data is used solely to provide the platform's insurance survey and claims management services. We do not sell or share data with third parties.
Data Storage
All data is stored in Cloudflare D1 (SQLite) and R2 object storage. Data is encrypted at rest and in transit.
AI Processing
Documents uploaded for OCR/AI processing are sent to OpenAI's API. OpenAI's data handling policies apply to this processing. Extracted data is stored in your organization's private database.
Data Retention
Claim data is retained for the period required by IRDAI regulations (minimum 7 years). You may request deletion of personal account data subject to regulatory requirements.
Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data. Contact your organization administrator to exercise these rights.
