1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AB Nexus Enterprise ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not access the Platform.

2. Authorised Use

The Platform is licensed exclusively for use by authorised insurance surveyors, adjusters, HR personnel, and administrators employed by or contracted to McLarens or partner organisations. Sharing credentials or accessing the Platform on behalf of an unauthorised third party is strictly prohibited.

3. Data Accuracy & Responsibility

Users are responsible for the accuracy of all claim data, survey reports, financial assessments, and documents submitted through the Platform. Knowingly entering false information may result in immediate account suspension and referral to the relevant regulatory authority including IRDAI.

4. AI-Assisted Features

The Platform uses AI (GPT-4 Vision, Claude) to assist with OCR extraction, warranty breach detection, settlement computation, and document verification. All AI-generated suggestions require explicit human confirmation before being applied to the database. AI outputs are advisory only and do not constitute a final decision.

5. Offline Operation

The Platform supports offline functionality via a Service Worker and IndexedDB queue. Data entered offline is queued and synchronised upon reconnection. Users remain responsible for verifying synchronisation success after returning online.

6. Intellectual Property

All software, design, insurer-specific rule sets, and IRDAI-standard templates within the Platform are the intellectual property of AB Enterprise or its licensors. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or redistribute any part of the Platform.

7. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must notify the system administrator immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access. The Platform supports Google SSO and passwordless Magic Link login for enhanced security.

8. Termination

AB Enterprise reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, inactivity exceeding 90 days, or at the discretion of the tenant administrator.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Nagpur, Maharashtra.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify active users via email of material changes.

1. Data We Collect

We collect: (a) account information (name, email, organisation); (b) claim and survey data you input; (c) uploaded documents and photographs; (d) device and usage metadata (IP address, browser, timestamps); (e) geolocation data when you use the geo-tagging feature (with your explicit permission).

2. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used to: provide survey and claims management services; generate AI-assisted reports; send document reminder notifications (Email + SMS); audit actions for regulatory compliance; improve platform features.

3. Data Storage & Security

All data is stored on Cloudflare D1 (SQLite) and R2 (file storage) infrastructure. Data is encrypted at rest and in transit via TLS 1.3. Authentication tokens use HMAC-SHA256 JWT with 7-day expiry. Session data is invalidated on logout.

4. Google Authentication

When you sign in with Google, we receive your Google ID, email address, display name, and profile picture. We do not receive your Google password. Your Google ID is stored as an alternate identifier for your account. You can revoke Google access via your Google account settings at any time.

5. Third-Party Services

We use: OpenAI (GPT-4 Vision) for document OCR and AI analysis; Resend for transactional emails; Twilio for SMS reminders; Google Fonts for typography. Each service is bound by its own privacy policy. We do not sell your data to advertisers or third parties.

6. Data Retention

Active account data is retained for the duration of your organisation's subscription. Audit logs are retained for 7 years for regulatory compliance. Upon account deletion, personal data is removed within 30 days except where retention is required by law.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to: access your personal data; request correction; request deletion (subject to legal retention requirements); data portability; withdraw consent for optional data processing. Contact your tenant administrator or privacy@abenterprise.online to exercise these rights.

8. Cookies & Local Storage

We use localStorage to store your JWT session token and user profile cache. No advertising cookies are used. The Service Worker uses IndexedDB to cache static assets and queue offline requests.

9. IRDAI Compliance

As a platform serving IRDAI-regulated insurance surveyors, we adhere to applicable IRDAI data protection guidelines for insurance data.
